About Bridge Hockey

Bridge Hockey is a mentorship and advisory agency built by players, for players. Founded by professional athletes Nadia and Grace, we bring two unique perspectives shaped by very different paths.

The idea for Bridge Hockey was born in a conversation between us. Nadia grew up in Italy knowing nothing about college recruitment — completely unaware of how complex and overwhelming the process could be. Grace, on the other hand, experienced the intense structure and pressure of the Canadian system — and later, the challenge of moving to Europe as a graduate and navigating a brand-new hockey culture alone. 

Two opposite journeys, both leading to NCAA Division 1 and professional careers in Europe, sparked our mission: to create the guidance we never had.

We understand both worlds. We know what it means to chase hockey dreams in a country where it’s a national identity — and in a place where no one thinks it’s possible. Between us, we’ve transferred schools, moved continents, pursued Olympic dreams, and learned firsthand what works and what doesn’t.

Our agency is built on those dual perspectives: structure and instinct, opportunity and grit. We’re here to help the next generation do it smarter, faster, and with the support we never had.
